CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

The airlines stopped allowing animals to fly in cargo, yet I needed to move (nearly across the country) and move our dog! In a complete scramble and a quick internet search I found CitizenShipper (among others). CitizenShipper was the best I could find. Great process and many people responded to my request to drive my dog and I secured a driver who was polite, professional and did exactly what was asked. I hope I do not have to do this ever again, but if I did, I would certainly use CitizenShipper again.

Helene was one of the best pet shipper ever when I read her bio I instantly knew I had to pick her she gave me a timeline and had no worries I would def recommend those site and Helene. Thank you Helene I feel complete !!

This is the 2nd time I've used Citizenshipper and it won't be the last. This is a reliable place to find a pet shipper anywhere across the United States. The app allows for good communication between Bidders and you, the sender. Once you accept a bid, you pay the fee. You can then share personal contact details with the CitizenShipper driver. The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver.

Everything went great and was a smooth process. Our driver was great and very dependable!

Citizenshipper helped me get my puppy from my breeder to my home. The first transporter was a no show. CS immediately gave me a list of their top transporters and I had another in one day! The puppy arrived safe and sound. I was contacted via text and phone all along the route. I was even sent pictures! I am so glad I used this company and highly recommend them for animal transport or any shipping need!

Great service would highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience using Citizen Shipper to hire a caring, kind and responsible woman to drive my new puppy over 500miles! The website platform itself was a little slow and seemed to continue to refresh, but once past that, you have wonderful options and real people with reviews, photos, background checks, basically relating any detail you may be concerned about by hiring someone you don’t know for a very personal job. Amanda, the woman I found via Citizen Shipper was Absolutely Terrific! She was timely, caring and kind toward my new puppy, and kept me updated the entire time with photos and GPS. While this will be my only puppy for a while, I will definitely look to use Citizen Shipper for other purposes as needed! Great Resource! 5 Stars!
