This is my very first experience…
This is my very first experience transporting a pet. My kitten is a tiny little picky eater and needed special care through transport. I did heavy research and found your BBB accredited website, posted, got messages, picked a transporter, booked, had my kitten transported, paid the transporter and have been thrilled! My only suggestion would be to add an option where the person looking for a transporter can close or delay other offers from other transporters. I had messaged back a transporter and we agreed on me hiring them however Tropical Storm Marco & Hurricane Laura made my state issued a State of Emergency a few hours following our agreement. I messaged back and for the safety of everyone asked if we could wait until the following week. Transporter agreed however I still got offers for the job the next few days and had to message transporter back asking to book because I felt bad for all of the others putting in offers still. I didn't book after the State of Emergency message because we did not know where the storms would hit or how bad the destruction would be. Perhaps my specific situation was a one off but that added another layer of undue stress to the massive amount of stress with back to back hurricanes, potentially taking a direct hit from both.

Citizen Shipper - A great company to use for all your shipping needs
Citizen Shipper was so easy to use. I was so completely satisfied with the whole setup. The driver I had deliver my puppy kept in touch the whole time, arrived right on schedule and the puppy was in wonderful condition. Would not hesitate to refer Citizens to anyone needing shipping done or use them again myself. Thank You Citizens
