Great experience. I was very nervous shipping my nine-week-old puppy halfway across the country but CitizenShipper made it easy to pick an experienced driver. Having reviews from previous customers on the driver’s profile really helped make my decision. My puppy had an injury and needed special care, his driver isolated him and gave him the special attention he needed. I received pics and videos along the way and Winston arrived in great health and spirits. I am terrified to fly and didn’t have the time in my schedule to make the trip to pick him up, not sure what I would have done without this service. Thanks !

We had a miniature Australian Shepherd transported from Arkansas to Washington state by Sweet Briar Newfoundlands Todd Sackett. He and his copilot did a great job keeping us informed along the way with texts and pictures. We would recommend them for any canine transport.

I had gotten at least 20 offers from different couriers through Trust Pilot (Citizen’s Shipper). I did my research with each individual, read reviews and ratings, and was able to choose the perfect person to deliver my sweet puppy to me. As long as you do your research this is a great company to go through!

I just signed up two days ago to see what it is about. It said it would move forth with background check and all if you won a job (didn’t look easy). I sat on it reading and going to other pages, emails and FINALLY figured out that the $29 per month will allow you access to keep bidding against truckers and people already going that way, but for round trips. Not worth the time. Not only do I have hundreds of emails and text to delete from this Company but I now have NO WAY TO SHUT THEM OFF. I just now tried to log in to cancel all this but cannot get in. Account says banned before I have even begun. BBB next if this isn’t taken care of.
