I couldn't be happier then i an with the immediate communication i received, and the prompt service and updates on the safe arrival of my very special package. They are great the best, very trustworthy.

Citizenspippers works fine as a platform for linking customers to drivers. Expect about a dozen bids in the 1st day. What I didn't like about Citizenspippers is that they don't give you all the information up front. For instance, they charge you $40 for using their platform but don't mention that until you accept a bid. Also they don't tell you that some of your bids will be texts but most are as PMs that you need to sign into their site to see. And also they don't tell you that some of the respondents will be subcontractors that are looking to combine your small load with others so that you can't deal directly with the drivers but rather with a subcontractor that is looking to profit off linking loads together and that you'll have limited control over pickups and delivery dates and that your item might go into storage until a driver match is found. For these 3 shortcomings I give them 4 stars. As a platform I'd give it 5 stars. But I'd recommend that they disclose up front that you'll be charged $40 for the use of their platform at the time of bid acceptance, that you need to sign into your account on their website to see ALL your bids, and that subcontractors should be clearly labeled as such and not appear to be the actual drivers.

I was surprised at the cost of using the service but not the cost of the driver.
