We couldn't be happier
We couldn't be happier with JNR paw delivery service. It was a 2796 mile journey for our puppy. We recieved updates and photos daily. Driver and office staff were both curtious and always answered any question or concerns immediately..

I cannot be happier to recommend…
I cannot be happier to recommend Melissa and Ray during this process!! They helped me get a new pup for my sister from oregon to Albuquerque and each step of the process was wonderful. They are priced well and were very communicative. If you want your pet needs met with ease and confidence hire this couple. They are the best!!

Great service there is an added fee though .
Great service was unaware of the additional $130 fee wish they were more up front about that part but it was still worth it . Everything worked out great abs with the info and feedback it made it easy to find a trustworthy reliable person to transport my new puppy .

I should have checked the fine print…
I should have checked the fine print but couldn't find it. After I had booked the trip Citizen Shipper sent the invoice for allowing me to use their website to connect with a shipper. The cost of $169 I feel is unreasonable. I understand there is a cost in doing business but I think this was overcharge.
