Thanks to Covid only one airline was shipping pets in cargo. Unfortunately that airline did not allow pets in cargo on any plane leaving mine or surrounding cities. Since my entire house had shipped I tried searching for pet transportation. Fortunately I found CitizenShipper, which had contacts for shipping everything. The number of qualified responses for pet transportation was impressive. I made my selection, booking process was easy and CitizenShipper handled the rest.Thank you CitizenShipper.

Fast and easy way to find reliable transporters for pets.

CitizenShipper is an A+ company! I will use them time and time again. They got me connected with the right people to get my boxer puppy to me since he was unable to fly on a plane. I cannot thank them enough!

I found the platform easy to use and intuitive. Within just a couple of hours I had multiple bidders on my request to transport a pet from New Mexico to Virginia. The only thing I think would have made the experience better is to have some guidance on what newbies should look for in their selection process. The rating system was very nice but first time users may struggle like I did to differentiate between similarly rated drivers. I would have appreciated understanding the fee structure sooner. It did not change my mind as I thought it was relatively fair. Overall an excellent experience.

I picked L and T transport. Not good. We came up with a price to ship my dog from PA to Fl. I paid her half on a Wed and thur her car broke down. Supposedly trying to get rental. Pickup was suppose to Thur. I had to keep asking her for updates. Then the last time I heard from her was Fri at 2:30 asking to give her a couple of hours. That was it. Never responded back to me as of this day (3 weeks) hasn't given me my money back either. Emailed citizen shippers they gave me back my money I paid them. They said she paid me back and I told them that was a lie. So be weary. And surely don't use her.

What a great tool! This allowed me to find the right driver for the job!

We had a great experience getting our greyhound from LA to Atlanta GA! Highly recommend Peter.

I can't speak to all people on this site. That being said, in regard to the gentleman that transport led my daughter dog to her for the summer, him and his partner were fantastic. The site is easy to use and the people I talked with were great. This site is now my go to for puppy transport.
