I think the service charge was too high, but the site was easy to use and very helpful in finding a driver to bring my cat home.

I was very unhappy about how everything was handled. I trusted someone to Transport My two puppies and the day that I received them my oldest puppy has what appeared to be sauce all over him as if someone was using him as a napkin, once we got him into the house we also noticed that he had multiple cuts on him. My youngest dog was sitting in his own throw up and pee, now I know that dogs deal with anxiety and they pee in their cages it happens but to deliver someones dogs like this is completely unacceptable. On top of that both of my dogs look like they hadn't ate, once they both got in the house they rushed to their bowls for water and food. I could see my youngest ribs.. I texted the woman that I gave my puppies to talk about all of this and she pretty much told me that none of that happened , but how can you sit there and not be honest with someone that put trust in you to Transport their dogs safely!! I'm not blaming the website entirely but when I reached out to them they did nothing, they emailed me back but after I responded I've heard NOTHING! I will never use this site again, no one seemed to care that my dogs were hurt.

Your service is really good and I will certainly use it (and Tinisha if possible) the next time I need to ship a dog or horse. No negative anything about anything. Ya'll are great.
