high end services!
Put me in contact with the best company to transport my 15 year old nervous chihuahua! Also got tons of quotes from different companies so id know what price range the service would cost me. Within an hour of making my account and asking for quotes i got more than 15 people offering me their services. The process was very easy and fast, the website notified me immediately when someone messaged me or left a quote. The transporters are very professional and have reputable reviews and pages well organized by the website. Before using this service i wasnt convinced i could trust an online network to connect me with high end businesses but Citizenshipper is very professional and organized. You can easily access information about the drivers and their reputations. Loved it and would use it again in a heartbeat dont hesitate to give it a try!

They are a real go between for reputable shippers and people needing shipping of pets
I will keep it brief. I found a puppy that I ended up buying. The pup was in Indiana, and I needed to get the dog from there to me in Atlanta. I researched my options and costs. I came across CitizenShipper, which allows you to make your request and then enables pet shippers to reach out to you and negotiate a price. CS provided insurance on the shipping, which was nice and unexpected.

Driver was great but watch the fine print
Driver was great, dependable. But website dups you into paying for extra pet insurance by making it the default. Im a senior so oops I didn’t notice, thought you added it if wanted. Hey, charge me more if you want but don’t trick me, lost my trust. Plenty of other companies out there, they are just brokers.
Response from CitizenShipperMay 13, 2025
Marshall, thank you for your review. We’re very glad to hear that your driver was dependable and provided a great experience—that’s exactly what we hope for every time. We’re truly sorry to hear there was some confusion about the Pet Protection Plan. To provide a bit of clarity, at checkout, we offer customers the option to select the level of protection that best fits their needs. If a plan was added unintentionally and the transport hasn’t been completed yet, we’d be more than happy to help remove it for you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected], we’ll gladly take a closer look and assist you with this. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are grateful for the opportunity to help.
