They put crooked "drivers" onto their site, who wait until the last moment to demand a deposit and then fail to show up. CitizenShipper then takes no responsibility for these folks they "vet" for their site, then they offer to refund their fee but don't! In fact, they stop returning emails completely. AVOID THIS SITE and do NOT employ their drivers. I'm going to guess that they even purge all of the bad reviews of their drivers because without drivers, even fraudulent ones, they won't earn their booking fee. SCAM!
