1. Thank you for providing Michael & Gwen the actual transporter. They were reliable, responsible, helpful and on time. 2. Not happy about the additional $110. ish fee not to Michael and Gwen but to Citizen Shipper which I wasn't aware of until "Book Now" button was clicked on. I probably would have done same transaction but don't like surprises. 3. At one point making final detail arrangements.....the "texting" was inconvenient. A phone call would have simplified the transaction.
