They were great. Malik did so much to make me comfortable.

Greatest experience

Used the transportation services to ship 2 cats from Florida to California. Overall good experience. There are people/businesses that bid on the job and you get to talk to each one before selecting a bidder. Overall it was very easy to use. There is a separate booking fee and transportation fee.

I had no idea how to get my newly purchased dog from Houston to Mpls so contacted Citizen Shipper. Within hours I had 14 offers with estimates ranging from $500 to $1400 for ground transport. Reading reviews from previous users and comparing services made it easy to choose what worked best for me. The driver I chose provided excellent service and the experience was a totally positive one. I will definitely use Citizen Shipper in the future.

My wife and I were looking to transport our dogs from Nevada to Oklahoma and we're struggling to find a good resource. We were lucky to find Citizenshipper. They were able to connect us with someone that did a great job transporting our dogs at a best price.

I was very apprehensive about having my puppy shipped out to me. I did not know if I was going to be able to find someone that would be reliable and trustworthy. Luckily for me, I found just that on citizenshipper! I posted what time I needed for the transport, and within minutes I received multiple offers! The site shows all the past transports a particular person or company has made as well as all their credentials. This makes it easier to make a decision on who to choose to make your transport. Will definitely use citizenshipper again when needing a transport!

Fantastic experience I love that I got to choose who I wanted to transport my new fur baby and I would recommend d her to anyone!

I hired Brian and Jennifer because of my mobility challenges, and because we caravanned on the trip I got to know them both and how they care for animals. The first thing i want to say is that they are not “hillbillies.” Brian is the night manager at a local grocery store, and Jennifer, an experienced rescue volunteer, drives professionally around the KC metropolitan area making various deliveries. They are both lovely and caring people to work with. My shy boy and my bird made right up with them. Jennifer had a sixth sense about animal handling, and Brian was a master at packing in addition to being protective of his charges and thoroughly capable of handling any unexpected problems that arose on our long trip. They were the nicest, most accommodating people on earth. Because of them, the trip was fun and worry free. I recommend them unreservedly.
