CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Great system. Great service. Professional drivers

Excellent experience using citizen shipper for a last minute solution to get my dog across the country!

Dispute my route I had with certain pets courier customer service was helpful and understanding.

My cat was picked up within a day’s notice. The driver was very nice and on time.

Using Citizen Shipper turned out to be a great experience for my transport needs. After filling out a form with Citizen Shipper, bids came in fairly quickly. I was able to read verified reviews of drivers and choose one. Her great reviews were 100% accurate and price was more than fair. I’m very glad I used Citizen Shipper and recommend it highly

Excellent service, my cat arrived safely! Updates were given

Erni was great to work with. First of all her reviews on Citizen Shipper were great and she'd been background checked which I think is important. She kept me up to date from start to finish, with pictures and updates about my pup. She has a nice air conditioned mini van and my pup got lots of special one on one time as the sole passenger! When I was able to get my dog yesterday Erni filled me in on everything she figured I'd need to know to make the transition a smooth one. Would recommend her to anyone looking for super professional AND very caring transport.,

CitizenShipper was my first choice when looking into a pet transporting service. The platform was fool proof and I received several bids on my “job” instantly. The platform generated these bids with a wide array of prices to fit any budget. I was able to interact with potential shippers easy through their chat function. I was able to ask answers and ensure I picked the best shipper for my needs. I feel their platform is more interactive and more direct when compared to Uship. I never get fast bids or instant interaction when I used their service in the past. Ultimately, I would recommend CitizenShipper over other platforms due to the easy use and in depth interactions with the shippers. The reviews of the shippers were also helpful in determining the final selection. Pet transportation was made easy when using CitizenShipper.
