I used Citizenshipper for the first time to ship an adult 80 lbs dog. The process was simple and I had quotes from vetted shippers within minutes of entering my information.

Citizenshipper is easy to use and convenient. I was able to post and find a wonderful, peer reviewed and background checked transporter to assist me with bringing my new puppy home. I was given a coupon code to use to make the booking fee more affordable. Posting was easy with drop down menus that specified what breed of dog I was having shipped and her weight, I was able to communicate with more than one transporter before making a decision and was presented with a multitude of price ranges and service types.

Citizen shipper doesn’t show the fee they charge you until you book the shipper. I thought the fee was included with the booking. Once you book, you’re stuck and that seemed disingenuous. The shipper I retained seemed like a nice guy he updated locations constantly. However, gas prices went up after initial booking and my shipper contacted me asking additional gas money to make the delivery. I ended up paying the shipper way more to cover the gas. I personally would probably not use citizen shipper again. I also cannot recommend this company. It should be a more transparent process and I recommend using a professional company.

Great experience with Citizenshipper, we never used them before but will from now on for our needs. Only bit of advice to new ahoppers is to contact the transport businesses you are considering and then you can pay citizenshipper and your off and going with communication galore. I found the process to be a bit of a mystery when i first started.I think they can use a little step by step. Our transporter great though and everything went well.

There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with P.E.T.S. was! I was in a bind after my sister suddenly passed away and needed to get her blind, 14-year old dachsund, Dodger, across the country. Debbie came to the rescue and took such good care of Dodger. She communicated with me along the way and sent pictures of Dodger enjoying his cross-country trip. Not only did Debbie do an amazing job, she became my new friend and even gave my father a much-needed hug when she arrived with Dodger. If you want someone professional, caring and just plain amazing, choose Debbie and P.E.T.S.

The best experience ever Wendy and Drew are amazing people who are God send to people who are in real need to be reunited with their furry babies the adventure was quick well done and more people should use their services they won't regret it
