Fee too high but good otherwise
Good service and app but the fee to use is kind of ridiculously high.

Do not trust!
I booked a transportation service through citizenshipper with rodney guin for May 24. He never showed up. He did agree to send my money back within 45 days per our written contract. The 45 days has past and he has stopped responding to his phone. Very untrustworthy site. Would not recommend anyone to use this service. All I can think is thank Goodness he stole the money and not the animals I was having shipped.

5 hour drive with a puppy
I booked a ground transport for a puppy we decided to bring home from a reputable breeder. The drive was not something I was keen on doing (I am not fond of long car rides). On the citizenshipper website, I detailed where our puppy was to be picked up and delivered and started receiving bids. Once we decided on a transporter he made sure to keep us well informed and up to date on pick up times, arrival, and how our little guy was doing along the way. This was such a nice experience! The shipper was easy to book, communicated well, and was kind and patient. We loved using this service and will again if the need arises!

The fee they charge for using there…
The fee they charge for using there platform is kinda high and you don't get told how much it will be until after you book it. A $600 transportation plus $150 in their own fees

Grateful
I was very clueless on these type of services, but being in a situation I learned quickly. My daughter had come home deployment and truly needed her fur baby. Citizen shipper was a great service that allowed that to happen. Their thoroughness in driver checks helped with making an easy choice on drivers. My driver was wonderful and that’s all do to this company.
