CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

This is one of the best experiences we have ever had. Citizenshipper was punctual on pickup time, sent pictures everyday and status of where they were. Were not talking about driving 500 miles, were talking driving from Charlotte, N.C. to Seaside, California. Over 2700 miles in 4 days. Our dog was treated like royalty. Had her own pillow in the front seat of the car. Probably had her own pillow in the hotels. I now consider these Citizenshippers part of our family and if the situation every occurs that we need there help again, They will be the first people I call. You will not be disappointed in there service. Superior service at a reasonable price. God Bless them for what they do.

I had a great experience working with Citizen Shipper

Very cooperative. Happy with their company.

This resource is amazing! I love the website’s ease of use, vast database of qualified transporters and fast response to my pet service needs. I would definitely recommend Citizen Shipper to family and friends.

Such a trustworthy set up. I received my dogs safe and sound!

I needed to have my rescued puppy brought from California to Connecticut , since she was only 9 weeks old I was concerned about finding a safe transport with little risk to my puppy. Just picking someone at random made me uncomfortable, then I found your company. I got a ton of offers , was able to read reviews , ask question of the shippers. Wonderful to learn the have different branches for shipping different items , will definitely use the to make my searches easier

Everything was smooth and well communicated. No surprise fees. Everything was agreed upon before booking. Highly recommend

Citizen Shopper is an absolutely incredible service. They connected us with Shawn and Julia, who transported our dog from Florida to California. I think our dog thought he was in Disneyland the entire time they were together! We are so grateful to them for keeping us updated, sending lots of pictures, and now consider them family!!! Thank you so much for connecting us to such a perfect couple who did this job with joy, professionalism and took all of our anxiety away.
