Great Platform but High Fee!
I'm grateful for this platform and what it allows us to do as consumers. The bid process was simple, and I appreciate that I could read reviews before hiring someone. My only complaint is that CitizenShipper's fee is incredibly high. I expected a fee, but a fee close to $200 (on top of the bid I accepted) was difficult to swallow!

Expensive but useful
I liked being able to chat with multiple transporters on one platform. It was a little overwhelming at first but it is great to have so many options. I wish citizenshipper was more upfront about what the fee is. I had to pay 170 in order to call the person I decided to use as a transport. The people I chose to transport did an excellent job! And I will definitely be using them in the future.
