Canceled 15 minutes before pick and wouldn't reschedule.
The man that was going to pick up my pet canceled 15 minutes before his arrival time. This was a devastating to us since my husband was to go in for his chemo treatment. Dog was was to Transport from San Antonio, TX to MD. Don't book with Jonathan Guerrero. Citizen Shipper needs to screen their people better.

Post charges up front
This was great. Unsure initially but it worked out and would totally do it again. I do wish they would post the charges up front so you know but it worked out in the end
