Quick and easy!

I have been ordering from citizen meds for months now and I have achieved the results I was hoping for. The product comes quickly and the company has been great to work with. I do wish the website was a bit easier to reorder from.

I placed an order for medication on December 5, and it is still showing as “processing.” I have tried multiple times to contact the company by phone and email and have received no response whatsoever. My payment was taken immediately, yet there has been no communication or update about my order. This is extremely frustrating, especially since my first order went smoothly with no issues. This second experience has been completely unacceptable, and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and accountability.

Fake medication with misspelled words on the “medication” vial! I can’t imagine a legitimate pharmacy misspelling an ingredient in a medication you’re supposed to inject into your body. The substance doesn’t work and customer service only responded to me after I disputed the charge with my bank! Their response was unprofessional and rude as well. The good reviews are total bs.

Deeply concerning experience with Citizen Meds. Order placed and paid for 12/1 with express shipping remains unshipped and stuck in “processing.” Six emails requesting status updates have gone unanswered and one was a generic auto reply. Phone number goes straight to a personal voicemail. Their Plano office was closed during normal business hours with not a soul in sight (yes, I went there today). Their promise of 4-5 business day processing is a lie. I’ve missed my medication dose and now I’ll have to order elsewhere which will cause me to miss more doses! I’ll be disputing the $260 charge with my bank. The good reviews on here are fake. I guarantee it. This is not a legitimate company and I give it NO stars.
