I have been using Citizen Meds for a few months. They are very efficient. Whenever I send an email for a situation they answer me within a few hours. I have even received a response from them at 3:00 a.m. The product seems very good. I have reduced 2 clothing sizes in 3 months. They have good sales making it more affordable. Easy experience

This online pharmacy is not registered with the Better Business Bureau and has an F rating. I should have research this before placing an order. I believe the compounded tirzepitide I received from them was watered down. I was buying it at a local compounding pharmacy in the amount of 1.75 ml per week as prescribed by my local PCP. I then decided to order from Citizens Meds for convenience reasons only. The minimum you can order amounts to 2.5 ml per week. The 1.75 worked 100 percent in curbing my appetite and I lost ten pounds. The stronger dosage from Citizens Meds has zero effect. No noticeable difference in appetite. It is obvious it was watered down, which is so easy for them to do and get away with because it cost 300.00 for an independent lab to test it, and citizens meds knows that people won't pay that. Even if they did, they would refute the results and then what? I contacted citizens meds and they tried to come up with bogus excuses. Buy from a local pharmacy that you can trust.
