I personally haven’t had any concerns with the medication and will continue ordering and taking it. I’m about to start my 2nd month and up my dose to 5 mg, so far I’ve felt more energized but I don’t think I’m losing weight yet. However, I must share that I looked up to find the PCAB accreditation for Citizen Meds and they are either not registered under their copyright name or not accredited, which can go against what’s advertised on the website.

The only reason that I did not give them 5 stars is customer service, they definitely have opportunity for improvement there. I mistakenly added the wrong address on my order and did not get a reply until day 4 that the address had been fixed. The phone number they provide is pretty much uselees because noone answers and the mailbox is always full. All in all, I would recommend this company and will order again.
