Citizenmeds no communication is it a scam
Update 09/05/25 Got an email and a call the same day. Jack from citizenmeds assured me that my order is approved by the physician and is in the waiting line to be send out. They just had a major influx of new clients and people with standing subscriptions are preferred which is understandable. So no scam I think. I told him they should maybe sent something to have you as a costumer still informed. An email that says hey the physician approved you and something like we had an influx with new costumers just to keep you in the loop and not be afraid that you just ordered and your money will be gone with no product at your door. Making a decision to try GLP 1 medication is stressful enough because it is a lot of money and you commit to changes in lifestyle that can trigger some anxiety before starting. So just keep you patients in the loop. I will update again when I receive my medication to show how long it took. I ordered on 05/05/25 since then no communication besides the two emails welcome to citizenmeds and a physician has received your submission. It’s 09/05 today and nothing besides a promo code for Mothersday. I would love to know if the physician approved me or when the order would ship. Kinda scary and afraid that it is a scam.
