I placed an order with Citizen Meds over 7 business days ago. The payment was taken from my account right away, and I even received an email confirming my order. However, my order does not appear anywhere on their website under my account. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times by email, but I’ve received no response. At this point, I don’t want the stress or hassle—I want the product I paid for, not a headache. This lack of communication and follow-through is very concerning. I hope Citizen Meds addresses this quickly, because customers deserve reliability and transparency when it comes to their prescriptions.

I ordered two vials of NAD but only received one. I immediately contacted Citizen Meds and provided the requested photos. After extensive correspondence, they refused to send the missing vial or issue a refund. This experience has raised serious concerns about their reliability and customer service.

My last order was on Wednesday and Friday they were already being shipped. Greatest glp 1 company ever. After 40 lbs and just starting month 3 of tirazeptide I am so impressed by their. Product and my results. I barely have any hunger for food and I'm eating healthy now. It's changed me into my younger self again. I'm so happy now.

This is my go to spot for meds! So happy with the results and how easy it is to order! As for the reviews that they are selling fake meds; that is impossible. I have used them myself and recommended them to friends and family and everyone has experienced great results.

I agree I am on month 2 and feel absolutely nothing with the tizerpatide. I feel like I'm taking some diluted water. I have not lost nothing except my money. I have been on semaglutide and on the first day you feel the restriction. I did not feel nothing with this medicine from citizen meds. I even went up on my dose and still nothing. Its a shame they are taking advantage of people with this scam.

Slow and steady...I've been on tirzepatide since the end of March and I'm down 31lbs. I've got a slower metabolism but that's okay. I've been happy with the service & the meds.

I have lost no weight using tirzepitide since June 2025. Never spoke with a Md prior to having this “med” shipped to me. Pretty sure it is sterile colored water. Don’t waste your money. The fact that you can’t get in touch with a real person when on a med is truly troubling!
