There's no way to communicate with…
There's no way to communicate with someone through a chat. You have to talk to a bot first. And they don't communicate with you outside of a session. I am very disappointed

High costs, no assistance
You charge an insane amount that doesn’t make any sense. I have insurance but apparently I should’ve said I didn’t because it would’ve been cheaper. Four 30 appointments that cost me over $500. There’s also no payment options to help you, you just get weekly reminders to pay with no options for assistance - I reached out and was told so. Would never recommend this “place” to anyone.

Initially bad experience, but things have improved.
My wife and I went to our first appointment and everything was fine. Never heard anything from them again. Never requested our records...just silence. Not sure what to make of this place. Is it a one off or is it just poorly run? I'll update the review if anything changes. Updated 12/1/2023: Seems like they moved to fix things after the poor review. Although the system seems like it needs to be a little more responsive to clients or the service will never take gain wide acceptance.

I love the fact that she listened to…
I love the fact that she listened to me, give a value opinion, lets me know she’s listening and not judging.. she gives me books to listen or read that is related to what I am going through..
