I couldn't reach my original doctor to get my Libra-3 for diabetes, the doctor not only filled my subscription, he was extremely informative on diet change, I was particular interest in the info he provided on a plant-base diet.

I never got my medication. As I my medication was never sent to the pharmacy of my choice meaning I wasted 100 dollars

Hi Billy, and thank you for taking the time to let us know your concerns. Depending on a patient's state, it can take some time for a prescription to be sent following an appointment, but I would be happy to look into any delays may have happened. If you're able to, I would encourage you to reach out via our secure, HIPAA-compliant chat, and I would be happy to investigate the situation and see what can be done from there.

Unsuccessful at sending me a refill despite many communications with the pt representatives.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We take all feedback very seriously as we use it to improve and create a better patient experience. We have recently been experiencing a surge in patient requests, specifically those related to prescription/pharmacy issues, and we are working hard to assist all patients as quickly as possible. However, I do know how frustrating the delay has been for many of our patients. I would love the chance to better understand this situation as well as determine any actions we can take to make things right. If you are able to, please reach out to me via the chat function of the Circle Medical app (and please make sure to mention my name, Wanji, in your message), and I can look into this situation from there.

I love talking with Gehan, I look forward to it! My provider is always on time, it’s great not having to wait. Very professional platform and everything is at my fingertips.

During my last visit, I was informed that I am a 'complicated case' and was advised to seek care elsewhere. While I understand that not every facility can cater to every medical need, I was left without any guidance or resources. This left me feeling stressed, unsupported, and uncertain about my next steps. Be advised that this platform seems to be designed more for providers than for patients. Its management is less than satisfactory. As a client, I had to handle all the submissions myself. Despite updating my insurance details, they repeatedly billed my previous provider, leading to multiple denial letters since I no longer hold that insurance. I've reached out to them numerous times to rectify this, but the problem persists. It's an ongoing struggle to make corrections, and the underlying issue of how the platform operates remains unresolved, plus some of the providers who lack empathy and care for patients.

I have been struggling with ADHD symptoms, but my insurance sucks, so I thought it would be more cost effective to work with Circle. I had my initial consultation, for which I paid out-of-pocket. The physician then told me I'd need to get a physical, and then have another appointment before receiving any treatment. If I'd known this, I would have just gone to a traditional clinic appointment. I found some nootropic supplements on my own that are helping with my symptoms.
