Illogical
It doesn't make sense to charge $50 for a 5 minute zoom meeting if my intentions were to get evaluated for autism and/or ADHD. There were no questions asked about what the initial appointment was supposed to be about, which is why I never scheduled a second.

Our ADHD intake procedure is a two appointment process, with the first appointment having a focus on getting to know you and your medical history. That being said, it is never okay to feel dismissed by a provider or like they are not listening to your concerns, and if this is ever the case with one of our Circle Medical providers, I urge you to reach out via our secure, HIPAA-complaint chat, and a member of our dedicated Patient Relations team will be able to assist and make sure the situation is properly investigated and followed up with. Great service
Great service, and a good provider that actually takes the time to listen to you. The actual app messaging function sucks but the service with the providers is really good 9/10 would recommend

Money making scheme
After three appointments with my pcp I scheduled a forth appointment. However, I never met with my pcp because they canceled the appointment. They didn’t contact me to tell me. There was no follow up. I was unable to book an in person appointment in my area and instead of meeting with me to explain next steps, the company just dropped me. This company is a money making scheme. It’s a pill mill. They don’t care about you or your mental health. They claim that they help facilitate mental health care, but this was not the case for me.

Hi Tara, and thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. On the rare occasion, providers do have to cancel their appointments last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. We recognize and apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this may cause. We do try to always reach out to patients as soon as possible to let them know about this and assist with rescheduling if necessary.
