Found a good practitioner
Working with a proactive practitioner. Appointments were on time. Good option if you have an FSA/HSA you can use to cover cost of appointments.

Great experience
Great experience as I am first time using video appointment. Dr. Hillary was very knowledgeable, went over my condition and treatment. She is very kind and helpful and I am highly recommending her.

Easy access to great doctors, but TERRIBLE support
I very much appreciate the doctors and and the convenient access to doctors with Circle, however, the support is extremely frustrating. You can only chat with support and it takes 1-2 days for them to respond to a single message. They do not give an option to email or call, so getting support on something simple takes WEEKS and is incredibly frustrating. I will be moving away from this soon.

We have recently been experiencing a surge in patient requests, specifically those related to prescription/pharmacy issues, and we are working hard to assist all patients as quickly as possible. No membership fee
No membership fee! One of the few honest providers of online medicine. Had a great appointment, with the doctor asking a lot of questions to think through what I could be having.
