Super easy experience
Super easy experience. Making the appointment for a time that was convenient for my schedule. Initial intake with Brittany Laviana was great, she answered all questions and was thorough.

The same day is not for controlled…
The same day is not for controlled medication, for controlled medication they will require labs and they will require a recent well check up appointment with a specific billing code. I paid 100+ dollars for nothing.

Based on my experience this morning
Based on my experience this morning, I cannot recommend this app. I had an appointment with Dr Kyndahl Bertram and waited 20 minutes for her. She blew it off. No message, no update, no communication. I went to their chat and the response time is painfully slow. I spent over an hour texting and waiting. They offered to try to make another appointment with a different provider. My time is every bit as important as Dr Bertram’s and it’s disappointing that physicians like her feel it’s okay to make people sit and wait without any communication.
