I purchased from this company fairly consistently, then I realized they've been charging me for some kind of rewards program, Puro Perks, unrelated to cigars. They've been charging me $16.52 for the last 3 months! Now I'm trying to figure out how to cancel this crap. Highly predatory behavior. Hard NO on buying from them again.

Too long to get order shipped unless you pay for it, AI chat bot is not even helpful as it never helps you... No pipe tobacco selection, just all the dirt cheap stuff they are forced to sell due to contract obligations... I also suspect this is the same company as Pipes and Cigars since they are in the same building which would explain almost all of the problems due to corporate Idiocracy...

How is CI still open when more than 90% of their inventory is rotted stale cigars, bankrupt this place they should be botcotted asap their business practices have been trash since they were established and the new ownership is alot worse than when mieir coowned it CP and Ci are two totally different outfits now its crazy he once was co owner of CI cuz CP IS A HELL OF A LOT BETTER! the two 10 packs if crowned heads i got from CI werr complete trash just duds thats all ive been getting from them have been duds but sgopping from them all these years i still give them the benefit of the doubt they stole thousands from me and for what that less than 10% chance i get something fresh and good its not worth the gamble anymore! Cuz thats what CI is a gamble and the house always wins and customer loses ive shopped at about 30 different online vendors and only three are consistently bad it goes CI and BCP a tie at first and JR cigars a close second these 3 cigar outlets are now scratched off my list forever!!!

Once was my favorite online cigar spot. Now? I wish I could rate them zero stars. Turned a simple thing like calling into a 45 minute ordeal by forcing me to talk to a computer. Extreme disrespect to me. They lost my old account, and refused to even try to help me recover it. Wish I would have heeded the warnings. I have been doing business with them for years. Sadly, they are not longer a good place to do business with .

CI offered a $5 discount if you gave them your email but then when I purchased $287.52 in cigars, it wouldn't accept the TAKE5 code to get the $5 off. How cheap could you be?

My wife ordered me a sampler for my birthday a month in advance. We found out a week after it was supposed to be here from them only after asking that it was on backorder. They'd be glad to refund us or I could wait 1 to 4 months. Their shipping is ridiculous. Thompson has much better options and I will not be ordering from cigars international again. I would love to see their store, but their customer service is farmed out to India or somewhere and again their shipping costs are ridiculous and honestly their products from the mail order that I've tried in the past or not fresh.

MY LIPS ARE BLEEDING! DO NOT BUY. Ordered the Cigar club and the 2nd order my lips got small bumps and bleeding. One of the cigars was tampared with a hole in the wrapper as if it were a (No Smoking) fault sign. So, I'd like to agree with everyone else. And, I think they should end operation. Most if not all the cigars are trash.

Tried them online store they always messed up the shipments, so I went to the store in San Antonio Texas. They was rude no help and a poor selection of cigars. Will never shop them again
