CI took a hit since covid. Service is better in the last several months. I have used CI for my cigars for years. The last three years have been a little rough. I have always been treated fairly by company.

I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on. 1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!! 2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am 3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen? As well as having a great location in Tampa Bay, which I frequent, with attentive attractive bartenders (I don't drink) that remember your drink when you return. Bought 4 five pack of cigars. Box shipped and one of them was missing. I called, and spoke with Tawnya. I got through easily, and she took care of the problem right away. Their website says they are revamping their customer service. I suggest calling if you are having issues. I tried emailing, and didn't get a response within 24 hrs. so I called. It was easy.

It offers a good selection of cigars and nice deals. I never had any problem with my orders so far. If you are looking for an online shop to get some cigars, it is a good place to go.
