After many years of decent service this company is totally rotten,charging for a club un asked for . snotty phone reps. Good bye forever beware of them.

I signed up for the cigar of the month club. Everything was great until I started to get billed for one, my order jumped to three. After calling thier customer service, which does not matter what time you call they will make you wait on the line for up to 30 minutes. A recorded voice will tell you they have a high volume of calls and your call will be answered in the order it was received. When they finally do answer, they will get your number so in "case the line gets disconnected" they will call you back. This is not true, I have called three times and waited a ridiculous amount of time to get this squared away..not only have I got disconnected in mid sentence, but they will NEVER call you back when this happens. I have reached out and talked to different agents when I first noticed the charges and before anything had been Mailed out. So now I'm stuck with three different orders of the cigar of month club that I will send back and I will cancel and no longer do business with this company. I will go back and get my cigars at my local cigar shops near my home...

Cigars International has become a scam. When you order cigars online you are automatically enrolled in some scam company to receive magazines or other products that you don't want and didn't order. after I called CI and complained I was taken off the scam list only to order a few months later and again began receiving magazines I did not want! I have friends that had the same thing happen and we are all looking for another company to get our cigars from.

Awful, do not buy anything through this site. No replies to emails or calls. Ordered weeks ago, nothing has shipped.

I place a order on June ,23, and they said it would arrive on July 3 call the customer service on July 7 and they told me that the items were returned because the address didn't exist , I called and waited for 2 hours and no one ever answer, they have the worst customer service in the world, and trying to get your refund back is worse than anything, I will suggest not to order anything else from this company.

This company went from good to worst in one year. Order not delivered for one month and no one to answer the phone. Avoid by all means

My wife placed an order using my account with my permission for me a birthday gift. She has her own account but used mine because I was already logged in. The order got lost. They sent replacement order but was missing cigar rest add-on. I get contacted by CI representative, Janice B. She states there is going to be an investigation over missing cigar rest. But here is the real kicker, original order had 5 Vegas Big Five Churchill in it, replacement order you could only get Robusto. Didn't get refund of difference in price just an apology. Did business with this company for around 15 years. Not anymore. When I told them that they said they would freeze my account so no more orders can be placed. Duh! I already told them I was done doing business with any company with Spillman Drive associated with it. Ever since STG took over CI it has gone down hill fast. Insulted my integrity. Long business relationship has come to an end!

DON'T BUY FROM HERE. They will send you huge paper catalogues every month without asking and share your information with other businesses that will then also start harassing you with mail solicitations. After calling to cancel future catalogues, I'm still receiving them.
