CigarscityReviews of cigarscity.com

Fast shipping, good packing, handwritten thank-you note. Then I smoked the cigars. Box of 50 Arturo Fuente Exquisitos Maduro: four smoked, three plugged so badly they were unsmokable. I pulled filler from the caps and rolled them soft with no improvement one had a hard knot midcigar that nothing could clear. Not a storage issue on my end. The Oliva tin from the same shipment drew perfectly, and the Fuente box arrived shrink-wrapped, meaning it was never in anyone’s humidor including theirs. Called about it. Told they can’t take returns for health and safety reasons fine, that’s normal. So I offered to destroy them and send photos. Declined. Their offer was a 5% new-customer coupon. $143 for a box of mostly unsmokable cigars and a discount code anyone gets for free. A partial credit would have kept my business. One star for the service response, not the shipping

They have the best prices i have seen and a large selection. It's easy to search for what you're looking for on their website and they're customer service is top notch. I couldn't reach them on the phone so I sent an email to cancel an order as I mistakenly double ordered. It was late in the evening when I sent the email but the next morning my order was canceled and refunded. They have fast shipping as long as you live in the US. They have even sent free cigars to try as a thank you gift. I definitely recommend Cigars City and will continue to use them.

This was my first time ordering from Cigarscity, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. My cigars arrived on schedule and were carefully packaged to ensure they arrived in excellent condition. Once I saw that a humidity pack had been included with the cigars, I knew this was a company that genuinely cares about its products and customers. The handwritten note on the invoice was another thoughtful personal touch that made the order feel genuinely appreciated. Excellent service, attention to detail, and a great first impression. I would not hesitate to order from them again. HD — Los Angeles

used to be very happy with CigarsCity but lately something has changed. Placed order then heard nothing for around 10 days when i questioned this i got told there was an error in warehouse and would be shipped asap, when they did arrive not the full order was sent. Still have not been refunded for all the cigars that were missing. Terrible communication (if any at all). Still awaiting full refund or even an email.

great price, great cigar, packed great, fast shipping.

Had never heard of Cigars City, but they had the best price on a box of Montes so I gave them a shot. They shipped quickly and included a handwritten thank you note along with a baby Acid cigar as a gift. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Awful customer service, and very rude staff. Avoid at all costs.

Not a reliable source, I would avoid it. Once I order tru paypal, got a confirmation from some personal gmail address. I was thinking that I will end up getting some mishandles product. Luckily, they cancelled my order saying it was oos. If they dont have a good inventory management, I would not call them a reliable vendor. Not gives confident in this business, will not order again.
