They have the best prices i have seen and a large selection. It's easy to search for what you're looking for on their website and they're customer service is top notch. I couldn't reach them on the phone so I sent an email to cancel an order as I mistakenly double ordered. It was late in the evening when I sent the email but the next morning my order was canceled and refunded. They have fast shipping as long as you live in the US. They have even sent free cigars to try as a thank you gift. I definitely recommend Cigars City and will continue to use them.

Had never heard of Cigars City, but they had the best price on a box of Montes so I gave them a shot. They shipped quickly and included a handwritten thank you note along with a baby Acid cigar as a gift. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I randomly found cigars city website and the prices were fantastic. I had two orders within two weeks. I’ve ordered from many places but I’ve never seen attention to detail the way they packed the cigars with Individual moisturizer Packets for each order. They also write handwritten notes about what you bought.

A+, flawless execution and they shipped it free priority mail and I got it in 2 business days, 4 days on the truck. The prices are better than most and the sticks are smoking great. I just got a batch shipping from cigarbid, they are shipping ups ground, 6 business days and 8 days on truck. I would ignore the negative reviews and give these guys a shot. I don't do reviews much at all

I can see that there have been some people with negative experiences, so I wanted to share my recent positive experience. I placed an order on June 4th and it was delivered on June 8th.
