Thank you for the great review! In your dashboard on line you have the opportunity to give feedback on your cigar selections. If our 12 point process wasn't quite right the first time around, let us know and that information will be included when we analyze your profile for selections next month. Also -- the inability to take MasterCard is not a CigarClub thing but rather a MasterCard thing. MasterCard has taken an anti-tobacco stance. As a result -- they do not allow for charges for any type of product related to any kind of tobacco to be processed. We are working on hiring a third party processor to handle the MasterCard transactions but it takes time and money. Didn't mean to bore you with the tech stuff...but we felt it was important for you to know that we would be happy to take your MasterCard right away if we could. Thank you for becoming a member. We look forward to getting you selections you will love in your next box.

Thank you for the great review! We have information on our site regarding the tasting notes in your profile. We are currently working on enhancing that and will launch that new feature very soon. Thank you for the feedback!

Thank you for the nice review. We do currently have information about the cigars available in your personal profile. You can see details on the product and give reviews and/or feedback. We are currently working to enhance this feature and provide more detail within the membership boxes. Those new expanded features will launch soon! Thank you for your input and suggestions.
