I think the quality is worth it, I’m glad it included matches and a cutter on my first box. I wasn’t happy with the shipping.. but that may have been out of cigar club’s control. I paid extra (it was still cheap) for 2 day shipping. But it took about 7 days. It shipped from Pensacola to Dallas/Fort Worth

Different selections and no repeats have been the plus for me. Every cigar has been an experience. The only thing I will say that would be for the temp humidor pouches to come a little more moist the last two from my last box were dry but I immediately transferred my cigars into my humidor and revived them.

Great recommendations, would have liked a bit more variety such as a nub style or short story cigar, and one cigar with a 5x or 6x 60 cigar. Especially in a the 5/month pack that should offer great variety

I'm a new to cigars and the random selections I've been sent have been pretty great. The packaging is always good as well as the little matches. Things I would have a complaint about is first although it may be on my part I always lose that little booklet to rate my cigars and I find that feature great but wish the qr code was somewhere else. It's not cigar clubs fault but I've had a couple construction issues with cigars overall this is a great cigar subscription and I would recommend to anyone who likes mystery box type things and cigars.

It is hard to navigate the website, and the cigars I’m sent are ok, not exceptional, but just ok.

Good Sticks delivered. Enjoyed trying the La Polina "The Relativity" for the first time. Though oily dark, it was very smooth with notes of dark chocolate and coffee
