For the most part I’ve enjoyed the cigars that have been sent. However There are two cigars I’ve smoked that I actually liked enough to rate say I would like to “receive again” and yet they have not been re-sent. What’s the point if u won’t even send me what I like

We are happy to hear you are enjoying your selections. We do look at your reviews and your likes and dislikes, but we consciously don’t resend the same cigar within six months to enhance the discovery element of our service. We use the data to send you similar blends so that you can continue to experience new and varied products. We hope that if someone likes a stick enough, they will visit their local brick and mortar retailer with their new educated palate and ask for that favorite stick by name. Thank you for the feedback.
