When it arrived the selection was that they made for me was awesome. The packaging was really good. The cigars were still fresh. Loved the the free gift. Can't wait for next box.

Mark - We apologize for the confusion. You should have received an email from our founder, Jeff Zeiders with a formal apology. You were one of our Canadian customers that fell victim to the downfall of our logistics company. We have currently suspended shipments to Canada and are searching for a better shipping solution for our brothers and sisters the north. However, to add insult injury, we refunded your money and our team did not notify you. It is not indicative of the service we try to maintain and we screwed up. We hope that once we can ship to Canada again we will get the chance to make it up to you.

Took 4 weeks to get my order
Took 4 weeks to get my order. There was a problem with shipping, once I informed them that I had not received my order, everything was handled efficiently and quickly. I have now received my cigars and all is great

Cigar selection head & shoulders above…
Cigar selection head & shoulders above most cigar clubs. Unique packaging of cigars was well humidified. The website is clean and easy to navigate. Best of all a very responsive and friendly customer service
