CIBTReviews of cibt.com

Needed an M Visa for work with a very short turnaround. Chose the premium service package with all possible expediting. CIBT was able to make it work within our narrow timeline, and very importantly there was exceptional prompt communication from my representative. Thank you!

Excellent experience working with CIBT. Rina was incredibly helpful, provided clear instructions and next steps, and answered all my questions. Would happily work with them again in the future.

Our advisor, Lilya, was wonderful to deal with. She simplified the complicated application process for us and our visas arrived within 3 weeks. We would certainly recommend using CIBT.

The team at CIBTvisas was amazing. This was my first time needing a visa, and I was unfamiliar with the process. I actually made a mistake in my original application. CIBT was great; they made a recommendation, helped me fix it, and I received my Visa in time for my trip. I will use them again, and every time! Saterner was the best!

Holland America Lines gave me CIBT's phone number to get information on visas for our Amazon River trip. I called and spoke to an unfriendly gentleman named Jack. I think a robot would have been more pleasant. He directed me to their website and then I asked the price. Their "convenience/processing fee" was more than the visa for Brazil!! Seriously? When I expressed dismay, he said we were lucky we had the HAL discount, because their normal fee is almost 3 times that. What a scam! I just googled visas for Brazil and was taken to a very simple, clear website with a 3-step process to apply directly with the Brazilian Government. I'm not writing a bad review because of what they charge...every company deserves to make a buck, and I'm sure plenty of people do pay it for the convenience. But the call was so unpleasant, and Jack was so condescending and unfriendly. (and zero sense of humor) That's what warrants the bad review. If you're charging top dollar, I at least expect good customer service. I was cheerful and happy when I got on the call, and annoyed and upset when I hung up. :(

Everything was completed exactly like they said it would be. There were a few questions I had that they answered quickly, while I was going through the application process. This was my first time applying for a Visa and if I need to get another one I will definitely use them again.

Excellent!! Very prompt service. The CIBT site was very easy to navigate.

Very helpful agent. A+++
