Daniel Cruz & his team were exceptional at leading me through the process for my mortgage & getting me to my closing & in my first home super quick. Everyone involved were impressed by how thorough & efficient they are. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daniel & Churchill to any friend or family member looking to go through this process.

Chris O'Mara was fantastic and is a great asset to your company. Where the service fell down for us was in the selection of the Title Company. I felt railroaded and taken advantage of every step of the way by the TC and by the Seller. It seemed no one was on our side when we noticed the floor buckling in the kitchen after the February snow storms just prior to closing. There were delays and we would have been left homeless if we hadn't agreed to close. The seller agreed to $1000 for repairs and I submitted the receipt from the Plumber to the TC months ago. So far no one has followed up from the Title company and to my knowledge they're still holding onto the $$. The floor is still not repaired and I'm deeply disappointed in the whole experience. They should release the entire amount they're holding in escrow for no good reason. I've been left to deal with the consequences. CMC is only to blame for choosing a very shady Title Company to work with.

They were very prompt, efficient, and helpful. We felt like their only client and they took great care of us. We've referred several friends since working with Churchill Mortgage because we want them to have the same experience we did.

Love it. My experience with Churchill was awesome, they worked with us step by step up to the day we signed closing docs. We have tried other lenders; but they were way below our expectations, their level of service left us with no choice other than to look for it somewhere else, which we found with Churchill.

As a buyer from out of state, we really appreciated the extraordinary service and attention from Hedley’s team. They walked us through the whole process of securing a great mortgage and prequalifying us so that we would be ready to pull the trigger when we found a home! They were available for questions and advice throughout the process. Thank you!
