I worked with Evan Luchaco from the Portland, OR office. I had worked with them twice prior to this before they were had the Churchill Mortgage name, but were somehow associated. I have had nothing but great experience working with this team, and if anything, this latest round was better yet. Evan and team were extremely good with communication and establishing expectations for the process, executing all the items needed in short order. There were no major hiccups, and what little there was along the way, was from outside the team and they monitored the process until it was completed. My questions were answered quickly and I did very little quarter-backing on this one!
