The Christmas LoftReviews of christmasloft.com

Found the furry monkey and panda ornaments on this website for a lesser price. The purchase, shipping, and delivery was a up to par. The items arrived in a timely manner. Took off one star because the furry money’s face was not smoothed over. He had bumps from the material making his forehead look almost orangutan like. Then color was put on his face but still shows these uneven surfaces. From a distance they both look super cute.

The quality was even better than expected.

As it’s called Christmas Loft, I was drawn to the Halloween inventory. I Googled Thing from Wednesday tv series and the best one was sold here, but there is a lack of inventory for all seasons, even Christmas. And most items are overpriced and you can find them elsewhere cheaper. And they only offer a 10% each time, no matter how many times you order and how much you spend. And I had the same coupon and couldn’t use it, it had to be replaced. Which they did at least give me a new code. They should add to their inventory online and lower their prices or at the very least offer free shipping for orders over $35 like most retailers.

they are very helpful

all my gifts are from your store and i just cant get enough, thanks a lot

The Santa is gorgeous and came on time. I will certainly order from your company again.

First, I loved the quality of the product so much that I purchased another ornament from the Loft. On my inquiry about shipping, I received an IMMEDIATE response! Now that’s the kind of customer care I’ve missed from other companies. Quality products AND service ☺️

Check inventory so that when customers wanna buy especially for a holiday and you don’t have it, you can let them k ow in a timely manner so that they can make other arrangements to find what they are looking for. Thank you though.
