Crooked tree
Although the package was well wrapped, the item I received was not perfect. The tree in the front is bent over and I am afraid to bend it back in fear I might break it so I guess I’ll have a crooked tree

I wanted an ornament that showed out of…
I wanted an ornament that showed out of stock online so I emailed the company to find out if they would be getting more. To my delight, Amanda responded saying they had found one more and that she was holding it for me to order. I ordered and also asked for personalization that wasn’t offered in the initial listing. Not only was the ornament personalized but it’s absolutely gorgeous! Kudos to Amanda and to The Christmas Loft, they are simply the best!

Easy purchase
