I ordered a necklace for my bestfriends birthday and a bracelet for myself. Once I realized I was going to be charged for a monthly membership I reached out to cancel. To my understanding she was going to cancel my order that way I wouldn’t be charged for the membership and refund me for my order. I was never refunded for my order and was charged the membership fee but also never received the items. She’s saying I would have to return the order to receive the membership fee money back. How am I suppose to return something I never received?!? This whole company is a mess and it’s disgraceful to call yourself a Christian company when you can’t even be honest.

I appreciate this Sister Christian company and it's kindness into this world. I ordered 2 shirts from them and they sent me a free bracelet that said He is Risen. It is so cute and adjustable! My wife ordered one time. Received order, no problems. Then, $19.95 began appearing on credit card. I was not aware that there was a membership. I have tried unsuccessfully, to call, text and all I get is patronizing responses. I give them the information they ask for and it is asked for in the next text. So, I tried texting CANCEL MEMBERSHIP but I have reservations that this will work. I do NOT have a good feeling about this company but will file with the BBB if no response.

Richard, Your wife Donna inquired early yesterday morning to cancel her membership with us and we responded within one hour letting her know it was canceled. Our responses were very clear. We were just trying to offer you a discount to stay a member of our community but we understood you didn’t want to pursue a discount. We have confirmed her membership is definitely canceled.
