I ordered a ton of books via their old E-reader App; however, I tried to access my books today and everything has been wiped completely out. It's as if I never ordered one book from them. I mean, WHAT DO I DO NOW!!! I'm never going to order from them again...

No wonder this site has a 1.5 star. I placed an order in March and in late October they cancelled it because they couldn't fulfill it. Not even a notification! Horrible experience. Don't waste your money. Will never order from them again!

I'm experiencing the same delay of 3 months with no resolution. Luckily I didn't waste much money - don't know if I'll ever see the refund.

This was once a reputable company. However, my wife ordered a number of books from them months ago and we keep getting notices of it being on backorder. Finally, on September 11th we were informed that it shipped. Now, a month later, we haven't received the order and, accessing the USPS tracking number, the USPS has not received the product to ship. When I tried to contact them by phone today, the wait time was over 30 minutes. When I tried the AI assistant, it was insistent that it could not cancel the order "because it had shipped." They've already charged my credit card, but have not actually delivered it to the USPS for shipping. This is a corrupt and incredibly disorganized company. It needs to be put out of business.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I ordered anointing oil. They shipped it to the wrong address. I called and gave them my correct address and they shipped it again to the wrong address. After attempting to call and having to wait for 47 minutes I then attempted to email and received a reply they were overhauling and it would be at least two weeks before I would receive a reply. So I finally attempted to chat online. After requesting a person instead of the AI chat I chatted with “Mikey”. I gave Mikey my correct address in writing. He said he would have it sent again. I have not heard from them that it has been shipped. I have not received a refund. I have had nothing but advertisements trying to get me to buy something else. Do yourself a favor and find another Christian store. Very POOR customer service.

Ordered a book two months ago. Was told it will take another month to ship. They have pushed back the date 3 times already so who knows. A real joke of a company.

Book is backordered for months. They don't reply to emails. When you call it's a 30 minute (or more wait). The AI assistant can't cancel orders. Overall EXTREMELY poor experience. I suggest finding a different place to order your books from.

First off I tried to verify where the merchandise was coming from didn't want overseas because of the very reason of my complaint. Back log. Then there's no way to cancel the order. The site says California??? Let's try Belgium... Typical
