Thank you for sending the second pair aid so quickly. They're comfortable and work great!

The hearing aids are compact—perfect for those with small ear canals—and offer a wide range of volume and mode options, which is a major advantage. Plus, the customer service is excellent.

I contacted support staff regarding the product. He was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. He answered my questions and offered future help 24/7 whenever I needed help.

The hearing aid was better than expected. I would recommend these to anyone good quality.

Hearing aids (VO3B) were delivered quicker than I thought and worked right out of the box. I contacted customer support with a couple of questions and their response was quick and helpful. The price was right, the help was concise and the product is everything that I thought it would be.

Very good service
