I returned my Chosgo hearing aids because my health insurance ended up paying for some shortly after my purchase. Chosgo Customer Service was very prompt and helpful with facilitating the return process. A tip worth mentioning is to remove the batteries from the return because international shipping to China doesn't allow opened and re-taped packages with batteries.
