However, we checked and found that the return address includes the recipient's detailed name and phone number. Could this be due to incorrect information being entered? Solving your problem is our top priority. We have reviewed all our email communications. We found that the last email we sent you after providing your return RMA code and return address has not received a reply since. We have not received your return tracking number, nor have we received photos of the returned package. We cannot verify whether we have received your return. We specifically contacted you about this in February, but still have not received any response. Therefore, please reply to our email so we can continue to communicate and move things through. Hi Queen We sincerely apologize for the unsatisfactory experience. Regarding the issue of the product not working effectively: We have explained in detail that your hearing loss falls within the severe range. However, the OTC hearing aid product you selected is only suitable for mild to moderately severe hearing loss, which is why it may not meet your needs. We offered to replace it free of charge with a more suitable product for you, but this was declined. Nevertheless, we believe this product can still provide you with some level of assistance. Regarding the return issue: We are also very sorry about this. Postal services do accept packages containing built-in lithium batteries. This might have been due to a miscommunication between you and the courier company. Regarding the partial refund for a five-star review: Yes, we proposed a third solution to avoid the hassle of returning the product. We initially offered an $89 refund without requiring the product to be returned and later increased it to $125. We were willing to bear 72% of the loss in hopes of satisfying you. Unfortunately, you agreed but later changed your mind, which led to this negative review. We still appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continuously improve our services. Thank you.
