Not great but good
Not great but good. Aids are excellent. Better than any of the others out there. But I've given up on the Bluetooth link. It worked once - first time I tried it. Then it got picky about which ear I'd get to make adjustments. But the customer service, the aids are wonderful.

Great response
Great response to my request when the first item did not work properly. Wright now the problem that I have is the difficulty in adjusting the right volume level and the feedback whistle.

I have been seeing a EMT for a…
I have been seeing a EMT for a Eustachian tube disorder and have not been able to use aids yet. Hopefully will get to try in future.

Service is good
Service is good. I haven’t been able to try the suds, yet, but they seem to be high quality.

Thought I would receive my rma number…
Thought I would receive my rma number sooner than a week and return process is a little much so I opted for the $300 instead
