Seemless ordering and great follow up and response

I got an immediate response when I had questions about settings. They gave me suggestions for all environments, (watching tv, being outdoors, etc). Not only that, they checked in after to make sure their suggestions were working for me. They customer service is very caring and responsive.

The customer service has been on point. I have only had V03B Pro for a month and it has so far worked as advertised.

I had a wonderful experience with Chosgohearing. Their team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The products are high-quality and easy to use, and I felt well supported throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Chosgohearing to anyone looking for reliable hearing solutions!

So easy to buy my hearing aids..very easy to follow instructions i was able to operate my hearing aids in minutes...customer support is very quick in replying....I highly recommend this company

The ordering and delivery service was on time with no package damage. The was easy to setup with clear instructions. The hearing aids were very comfortable and not ease to see that I was wearing a hearing aid.

They have great team to support after-sales service.

The hearing aid is user-friendly, both the hearing aid and the app on my phone. It is very clear sounding. The company quickly delivered the hearing aid.
