Process was quick and easy. Guard fits comfortably and snug. I would buy from Chomper Labs again when I need a replacement. ALSO, the guard is Full Sized. I've noticed lately places are making them smaller so they don't fully cover the last molars. I prefer the full sized.

Loving my new night guard and the lovely case that comes with it. It's light and comfortable, and it hugs my teeth well. It took a few tries to get the impression right, but it was worth it in the end.

A little tight in the front. What really bothers me the most is they charge $25 for expediting and they claim it’s for getting it out of the lab in one day but then they send it snail mail and all in all the process took over three weeks while I’m in pain. When I told them I was unhappy that the $25 did not expedite. They were much less than helpful and refused to refund that portion of the order. Could’ve had a customer for life and now I’ll go somewhere else for my next one. It’s such a rude money grab to charge that $25. They should just expedite anyway because they want repeat customers. They couldn’t even send it priority. Never again. They don’t even have a customer service department. You send them an email and you get a very unhelpful email back.

This company's website states the time frame for when you can expect your night guard to be created and shipped. My night guard should have arrived at my home but it is still being made. I received an email from the company saying demand is high and there will be a delay. They did not offer free rush shipping due to this delay. I wrote the company and asked them for free rush shipping but the company did not reply. I can't comment on the night guard itself of course because I am still waiting. I did not pay the optional $20 rush fee so perhaps that is the issue.

I use the ultra-thin night guard every night - it only took a couple of days to get used to wearing & fits perfectly! I highly recommend it if you have a problem with a regular night guard.
