Mainstay Suite Medical Center In Houston is home away from home. All of the amentities fit our needs. The general manager Ms MaryAnn goes above and beyond for her guest, she is polite, friendly, and nice. Vincent the front desk clerk is always nice, He's helpful in many ways. He gets you checked in quickly. Anything you ask of him he make sure that it is done ex. Toiletries, extra towels etc. I love Mainstays Medical Center In Houston I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank You MainStay Suites for exceptional rewarding service.

VERY VERY Satisfied customer in my stay for the 3rd time at the Comfort Suites on route 1 North Brunswick New Jersey. My first stay was March 2020, second stay was June 2020 and my third stay was August of 2020. Very clean, organized and well prepared for their customers. Every one is very courteous and professional for all of my stays. There was a consistency in the cleanliness and they went out of there way to make me feel like a satisfied customer. While it is an older hotel it is very well kept. On all three of my stays this year i have been satisfied and i plan on coming for my fourth stay in the near future. THIS IS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME WHICH IS 6 HOURS AWAY. THANK YOU Patrick and ALL of the staff for making my family and I feel comfortable. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. SW

Excellent experience extended stay made affordable!

We love the sleep inn in middlesboro, Kentucky. We have been staying each year about a week or so since 2015. This year we booked three days there but we are still staying through 11/27/29. We had family who came to join us for a weekend and a death in the family. The staff here was so accommodating and keep adding days for us to stay. We never had to move rooms either. We have never had such outstanding service.

We stayed at the Clarion on Woodlawn Road, even though it was a little outdated The staff was wonderful and did everything to make us at home. Miss Kelly was more than kind and helpful I do recommend this hotel. All and all The ladies were the best.

I checked out of econolodge hotel on tunnel rd asheville nc friday morning. I stayed there the week prior to this week and 3 days this week. I checked in friday the 14th again because had to stay for work related things for thr next morning. IIt was 60.00 higher than normal so i asked front desk guy about it.. I paid went to room and looked it up online and found same room for 76.00 so i thought, but i didnt notice the date was later on.. I called front desk and he told me no way and prove it.. So when i walked in front door i said he was wrong in reg voice.. He wanted to see and i handed phone to him. He looked at me and said i was ignorant and stupid and kept rambling what an idot i was because of the date on that rate was later in month.. I didnt notice it until i got phone back.So i was furious he called me names, so i cursed him.. He told me he was calling police and i couldnt stay there for cursing him.. So he then called police and said i wasnt getting my money back even though i was only in room 15 mins. I asked for owner, he said wasnt there. I aint going to let somebidy that works there start calling me names and not say something back..He was a young boy.. I never had any problem if anyone else.. He disrespected me.. Wont ever stay there again as long as he works there.. Niow i am out of 140.00 and have to go pay for a room somewhere else. 6- 14 19 when this happened.

I have been staying at the Allentown Park Hotel for several days and wanted to share my great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would like to give a big shout out to Cherie for keeping the breakfast area immaculate. Cherie is truly an asset to this organization.
